学员英文有效期申请流程
1、登陆（不要注册，用户名密码见班主任之前发的报考信息）PMI网站：www.pmi.org；
2、点击如下图所示的菜单，进入个人信息页面
3、记录好如下所示的邮箱和PMI-ID以备和PMI客服聊天时使用
4、如下图所示，按提示点击菜单
5、进入如下所示的界面，点击与客服聊天
6、打招呼，按他的要求输入你的姓名拼音，（名在前，姓在后）；收到提示后输入前面记录的邮箱；然后点击“YES”，再输入前面记录的PMI-ID；然后等待转入人工客服（等待时间较长，请耐心）
7、在此页面等待2-10分钟后，会收到人工客服的消息，输入这段文字：
文字直接复制：Due to the influence of the COVID-19, the validity of my English materials has been shortened, and then I failed the examination on September 26th. Now I hope to extend the validity of my English materials to March 31, so that I can take the examination in March，thanks!
8、输完后，如上图所示，确认客服的几个问题后，大功告成！
